The 5th International Conference on Big Data and Artificial Intelligence (BDAI2022) will be held in Fuzhou, China during July 8-10, 2022. The conference is co-sponsored by IEEE, Research Institute of Big Data Analytics at XJTLU, Key Laboratory of Intelligent Metro of Universities in Fujian and Fujian Normal University, China.; Co-sponsored by Ocean University of China, China Agricultural University and South China University of Technology.

All the registered and presented papers will be published in Conference Proceedings by IEEE; Conference contents will be submitted for inclusion into Ei Compendex and Scopus.

**Special Issue

Selected registered & presented papers with extension will be recommended to be published in a special issue of IEEE/CAA Journal of Automatica Sinica (JAS) (http://www.ieee-jas.net/).
