The 2021 International Conference on Image Processing and Intelligent Control（IPIC 2021）will be held on July 30 to August 1, 2021 in Lanzhou, China.

The meeting focused on the research fields of "Image Processing", "Intelligent Control" and "Computer Vision". The aim is to provide a common forum for researchers, scientists, engineers and practitioners throughout the world to present their latest research findings, ideas, developments and applications in the area of Computer technology, to explore the development path of ecological civilization construction, and to cope with new opportunities and challenges.

*All papers, both invited and contributed, will be reviewed by two or three experts from the committees. After a careful reviewing process, all accepted papers of IPIC 2021 will be published in SPIE conference proceedings s，which will be archived in the SPIE Digital Library, and indexed by Ei Compendex and Scopus.

The topics of interest for submission include, but are not limited to:

1. Image processing (image segmentation, pattern recognition and analysis, spectrum analysis, wavelet transform, coding and transmission, etc.)

2. Signal processing (independent component analysis, multimedia signal processing/communication timing analysis, signal processing/image and video signal processing, voice processing, etc.)

3. Control theory and applications (artificial intelligence, intelligent control, fuzzy control and its applications, intelligent robots, aerospace applications, etc.)

4. Computer vision (computer vision theory, 3D computer vision, machine vision, biomedical image analysis, photometry, etc.)
