As a leading role in the global megatrend of scientific innovation, China has been creating a more and more open environment for scientific innovation, increasing the depth and breadth of academic cooperation, and building a community of innovation that benefits all. These endeavors have made new contribution to globalization and creating a community of shared future.

To adapt to this changing world and China’s fast development in this new era, the 2021 International Conference on Artificial Intelligence, Automation and High Performance Computing (AIAHPC) will be held in May 2021. Organized jointly by over ten universities and academic societies, this conference takes “bringing together global wisdom in scientific innovation to promote high-quality development” as the theme and focuses on cutting-edge research fields including information technology, artificial intelligence, biomedicine, big data, new energy and new materials. This conference aims to boost development of the Greater Bay Area, expand channels of international academic exchange in science and technology, build a sharing platform of academic resources, promote scientific innovation on the global scale, improve academic cooperation between China and the outside world, enhance development of AI, automation and high performance computing industries. It also aims to encourage exchange of information on research frontiers in different fields, connect the most advanced academic resources in China and abroad, turn research results into industrial solutions, bring together talents, technologies and capital to boost development.

PUBLICATION

*All papers, both invited and contributed, will be reviewed by two or three experts from the committees. After a careful reviewing process, the conference proceedings will be submitted to the IEEE Xplore® digital library. It will be submitted for indexing by EI compendex and Scopus. All conference proceedings paper must not be less than 4 pages in length!

*Paper Publication Policy

1. All accepted papers must be accompanied by at least one registration. Each registration will cover only one paper.

2. IMPORTANT!! Papers that are not presented on site by an author will not be published neither in proceedings nor IEEE Xplore, unless the TPC chairs grant explicit permission for a substitute presenter in advance of the event who is qualified to present the paper and to answer questions.

3. All submitted articles should report original, previously unpublished research results, experimental or theoretical. Articles submitted to the conference should meet these criteria and must not be under consideration for publication elsewhere. We firmly believe that ethical conduct is the most essential virtual of any academic. Hence any act of plagiarism is a totally unacceptable academic misconduct and cannot be tolerated.

1. Registration fees for AIAHPC 2021 Regular is 3200 RMB per paper.

2. If the length of the paper exceeds 4 Pages, the cost of Each Extra Page (begin at Page 5) is 300RMB.

3. Registration fees include conference proceedings, lunches, gifts and attending all technical sessions.

4. The registration fee does not include:

• Accommodation

• Visa application fee

• Transportation fee

5. At least one author for each accepted final paper must pre-register.

6. Completed registrations will be acknowledged by the Organizing Committee within 2-5 workdays after receiving your payment.

7. If you cannot attend the conference due to some reasons, we will mail the proceedings and invoice to you.
