The international Food Operations & Processing Simulation Workshop (FOODOPS 2018) (http://www.msc-les.org/conf/foodops2018/index.html) Dates and Location 17-19 September 2018 Venue: Budapest, HUNGARY, in cooperation with the I3M 2018 MultiConference Key Dates – Deadlines Abstracts or full draft papers, May 15th 2018 Acceptance Notification, June 15th 2018 Camera Ready Papers, July 15th 2018 Journal Opportunities Best papers of FOODOPS 2018 will be invited to submit an extended version to Special Issues of the following International Journals: - International Journal of Simulation and Process Modelling - International Journal of Service and Computing Oriented Manufacturing - International Journal of Food Engineering - International Journal of Privacy and Health Information Management Indexing The FOODOPS proceedings are indexed by Scopus. Workshop Aim The Workshop offers the possibility to present results and critical issues concerning processes design and operations management in food industry using Modeling and Simulation as methodological approach. We welcome high-quality, original scientific contributions and will consider them for publication. The International Program Committee will accept two types of camera-ready papers: extended paper (10 pages, 2 columns); regular paper (6 pages, 2 columns).
