    2. Accepted papers will be published in the International Conference Proceedings by ACM (978-1-4503-8908-2), which is indexed by EI Compendex and Scopus, etc.

    3. Prof. Sergei Gorlatch from University of Muenster, Germany, Prof. Wu-Yuin Hwang from National Central University, Taiwan and Prof. Ma Maode from Nanyang Technological University in Singapore will be the keynote speakers.
