    Introduction

    The 2021 International Conference on Management Science and Big Data Application (ICMSBDA 2021) is scheduled to be convened in Hangzhou, Zhejiang from March 26th to 28th, 2021. Sponsored by China Jiliang University, the conference is organized by the College of Humanities and Foreign Languages and School of Economics and Management, China Jiliang University as well as AEIC Academic Exchange Information Center.

    Circling around the latest research topics such as "management science”, “project management”,"Informationized Public Management" and “digital humanities”, ICMSBDA 2021 aims to provide an international platform for scholars from universities, research institutes, enterprises, and institutions around the world to share their professional experience, expand their social networks, exchange their insights face-to-face, demonstrate their academic results, and discuss the key challenges and future directions of the field, so as to promote the development and application of theories in universities and enterprises, and also serves as a channel for participants to seek global partners in business or research.

    All papers will be reviewed by two or three experts from the committees. After a careful reviewing process, all accepted papers will be published in Conference Proceedings, and submitted to EI Compendex, Scopus and CPCI for indexing.
