    5th International Conference on Aerospace Technology, Communications and Energy Systems (ATCES 2021) is organized by Asia Pacific Institute of Science and Engineering(APISE). The conference will be held in Shanghai, China from 23 to 25 September, 2021!

    ATCES 2021 is an international forum for the presentation of technological advances and research results in the fields of aerospace technology, communications and energy systems. We warmly welcome prospected authors submit new research papers to ATCES 2021, and share the valuable experiences with the scientist and scholars around the world.

    ●Publication and Indexing

    Selected papers will be recommended to publish in international journals by conference committee.

    ATCES 2017/2018/2019 conference proceeding has been Indexed by Ei Compendex.

    ●ATCES 2021 Speakers

    Prof. Anatolii Kretov, Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, China

    Anatolii Kretov Doctor Eng.Sc. (1999), professor (2002). He graduated from the Kazan Aviation Institute (Kazan national research technical University named after A. N. Tupolev-KAI). A. Kretov has research experience with the Central Aerohydrodynamic Institute (TSAGI) and with the Public Joint Stock company "Tupolev". Since 2015, A. Kretov has been a Professor at the Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics. His area of expertise is the design of high-speed aircraft and structures, as well as weight designing. He is the author of 80 articles and co-author of two books.

    Prof. Ian McAndrew, Capitol Technology University, USA

    Professor Ian R. McAndrew FRAeS is a very highly qualified academic with extensive experiences within industry and internationally recognised researcher with extensive teaching experience at all levels of education. Conference and Journal publication of 71 over 29 years, six books and numerous Keynote presentations around the world. Has supervised 118 students to their doctoral completion in USA, UK, Germany, Greece, Italy, Jordan, Singapore, Malaysia, UAE, Kenya and South Africa. Extensive consultancy experience internationally for multi-nations and organisations. Leading a global doctorate program of in excess of 330 students. As the Dean of Doctoral Programs at Capitol Technology University he is responsible for 18 different Doctoral Programs ranging from Cybersecurity, Analytics, Aviation and Technology based.

    Dr Graham John Frederick HUNT, COBEAT Aviation Asia Pte Ltd, Singapore

    Graham Hunt started his professional career in the New Zealand Air Force and was honoured to be awarded a Defence Scholarship to undertake a Ph.D. in the United States. In the 12 years he worked with Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University (ERAU) in Asia he became increasingly focused on developing a “global aviation university” application to the successful model that some universities have more recently created in their own countries and cities.In January 2019 Graham created “COBEAT Aviation Asia” in Singapore to develop this model further. Currently, he is Managing Director, COBEAT Aviation Asia Pte Ltd (Singapore).
