    6th Asia Conference on Power and Electrical Engineering (ACPEE 2021)

    6th Asia Conference on Power and Electrical Engineering (ACPEE 2021) will be hosted in Chongqing, China from April 8 to 11, 2021, which is organized by Hong Kong Society of Mechanical Engineers(HKSME), technically sponsored by IEEE PES Chongqing Chapter, Shanghai Jiao Tong University, Auckland University of Technology, technically supported by University of Electronic Science and Technology of China, Media supported by Journals Center, China Electric Power Research Institute.

    We warmly welcome prospective authors to submit your research papers to ACPEE 2021, and share your latest research results and valuable experiences with other top-scientists, engineers and scholars from all over the world.

    ●Publication Information

    1) Accepted papers will be published into The Conference Proceeding of ACPEE 2021 (ISBN: 978-1-7281-9159-1), which will be published by IEEE. The conference proceedings will be included in IEEE Xplore, and submitted to Ei Compendex, Scopus, Thomson Reuters (WoS) and other databases for review and indexing.

    2) Selected papers with great extension will be recommended to publish in international SCI, EI indexed journals as follows:

    Electric Power Information and Communication Technology, POWER SYSTEM TECHNOLOGY, Proceedings of the CSEE, High Voltage Engineering, High Voltage, CSEE Journal of Power and Energy Systems(CSEE JPES)

    ACPEE 2016/2017/2018/2019/2020 Proceeding has been indexed by Ei Compendex and Scopus.

    Prof. Wenpeng Luan,Tianjin University, China

    Specially Chief Expert - China Electric Power Research Institute,Specially Chief Expert - State Grid Smart Grid Research Institute. Member of energy Internet Special Committee of China Electrical Engineering Society, and member of distributed generation and intelligent distribution special committee of China Electrical Engineering Society. Research directions include: smart grid, power system analysis, power data analysis and application of Internet of things technology.

    Prof. Chi-Yung Chung, University of Saskatchewan, Canada

    Fellow of IEEE, IET, Dr. C.Y. Chung is a Professor, the NSERC/SaskPower Senior Industrial Research Chair in Smart Grid Technologies, and the SaskPower Chair in Power Systems Engineering in Smart Grid Technologies, and the SaskPower Chair in Power Systems Engineering in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at the University of Saskatchewan, Saskatoon, SK, Canada.Dr. Chung is currently an Editor of IEEE Transactions of Power Systems, IEEE Transactions on Sustainable Energy, and IEEE Power Engineering Letters, and an Associate Editor of IET Generation, Transmission & Distribution, CSEE Journal of Power and Energy Systems, and Journal of Modern Power Systems and Clean Energy.

    Prof. King Jet Tseng, Singapore Institute of Technology, Singapore

    Fellow of IET, IES, Currently, he is the Professor and Director of Electrical Power Engineering at Singapore Institute of Technology. Programme Director - SIT MEngTech in Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Programme Director - SIT-NU BEng (Hons) in Electrical Power Engineering, Deputy Cluster Director (Applied Research), Engineering. He has made important contributions to interior permanent magnet synchronous machines, resilient grid interconnection of distributed energy resources, dynamic voltage compensation, arc modeling for transient simulations and energy storage systems in utility applications.

    Prof. Juan Yu, Chongqing University, China

    Yu Juan (1980-), female, a full professor at Chongqing University in China, the deputy director of the Electric Power and Energy Reliability Research Center of Chongqing University. Her primary areas include the risk assessment and control of electric power and energy systems, deep learning and big data technology.She currently serves as the Chairwoman of the Task Force on Composite Reliability Assessment of IEEE PES and the Chairwoman of IEEE PES Chongqing chapter, and has involved in other international academic organizations and conferences as a committee member or general secretary for years. She is a senior member of IEEE.

    Dr. Sheng Chen, Hohai University, China

    Associate professor, Department of Electrical Engineering, Hohai University. Research on integrated energy system planning and operation, power market, etc., published in the IEEE flagship journal Proceedings of the IEEE. As the first author (corresponding author), he has published 16 SCI papers, including 12 papers from the first area of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and IEEE Trans. The series consists of 10 articles with 1 citation ESI with a cumulative IF of over 95. He is also a reviewer of 15 SCI journals such as IEEE Transactions on Power Systems.

    Dr. Can Wan, Zhejiang University, China

    Deputy director, Professor, doctoral advisor, Institute of electric energy interconnection and intelligence, Zhejiang University. Main research interests: integrated energy system and active distribution network; renewable energy prediction and consumption; artificial intelligence and its application.

    Dr. Zhifang Yang, Chongqing University, China

    Vice chairman of IEEE PES composite reliability assessment working group and Secretary of IEEE PES Chongqing Branch. He currently works as an assistant professor at Chongqing University. His research interests include power system optimization and economic analysis. Zhifang Yang has published more than 30 peer reviewed papers in journals and conferences.
