    2021 Power System and Green Energy Conference ( PSGEC 2021) will be held in Shanghai, China during Aug. 20-22, 2021. PSGEC 2021 is organized by Shanghai Jiao Tong University, technical sponsored by IEEE PES Chongqing Chapter, supported by Southeast University and Shanghai University of Electric Power, Media supported by Journals Center, China Electric Power Research Institute, MDPI-Applied Sciences and Global Energy Interconnection Development and Cooperation Organization.

    We warmly welcome prospective authors to submit their new research or technological contributions to PSGEC 2021, for sharing valuable experiences with scientists and students from around the world.

    ●Publication and Indexing

    1)Accepted and presented papers will be published into Conference Proceedings. The Conference Proceedings will be included in IEEE Xplore and indexed by EI Compendex, Scopus, Thomson Reuters (WoS)-CPCI and other databases.

    2) Selected papers with great extension will be recommended to publish in journals-Global Energy Interconnection.

    ●Speakers

    Keynote Speakers:

    1. Prof. Chen Shen, Tsinghua University, China

    Chen Shen received the B.E. and Ph.D. degrees in electrical engineering from Tsinghua University, Beijing, China, in 1993 and 1998, respectively. He was a postdoctoral research fellow with the University of Missouri-Rolla from 1998 to 2001. He served as a senior application developer in ISO New England, USA, during 2001-2002. He has been a professor of the Electrical Engineering Department of Tsinghua University since 2009. He is currently the Director of Research Center of Cloud Computing and Intelligent Decision-making, Sichuan Energy Internet Research Institute, Tsinghua University. He was supported by the Ministry of Education’s Program for New Century Excellent Talents in Universities in 2009. His researches focus on power system analysis and control, including fast modeling and simulation of smart grids, cloud computing and AI application in power systems, stability analysis of power systems with renewable energy generation, emergency control and risk assessment of power systems, operation and control for micro-grids. He has led more than 20 projects, such as National Natural Science Foundation of China, the National High-Tech Research and Development Program (863) of China, Key Project of Chinese National Programs for Fundamental Research and Development (973), National Key Research and Development Program of China, etc. Chen Shen has more than 150 journal and conference publications, owns 22 patents and has authored 1 book.

    2. Prof. Wei Gu, Southeast University, China

    Dr. Wei Gu is a Professor, Doctoral Supervisor and Associate Dean of the School of Electrical Engineering, Southeast University. He is also the Director of Research Institute of Distributed Generations and Active Distribution Networks, and Vice Director of the Power System Simulation Committee of China Simulation Federation. His research interests include distributed generations, microgrids, active distribution network and integrated energy system. He has presided over one key project (NSFC-SGCC Joint Fund for Smart Grid) and three General/Youth projects of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, one Sub Project of the National Key Research and Development Program. He has published over 90 SCI papers, and 5 papers are ESI Highly Cited Papers (Top 1%). His H-index is 27 and the total citation is 2979 (based on Google Scholar), 773 of which are cited by SCI papers. He has more than 30 China National Invention Patents and 1 United States Invention Patent, all granted. As the first completer, he won the First Prize of Science and Technology of China Simulation Federation, and the Golden Prize of the 48th International Exhibition of Inventions Geneva. His research output has been successfully applied to over 20 projects of distributed generation, micro-grid and active distribution network systems.

    3. Prof. Xiaoming Zha, Wuhan University, China

    Xiaoming Zha, born in 1967 in Huaining, Anhui Province, is a second-class professor and doctoral supervisor of School of Electrical and Automation, Wuhan University. He is also the vice dean of the college. In 2020, he was recommended by the school to be an expert enjoying special government allowance. The Ministry of Education of higher school of electrical engineering teaching guidance committee, Chinese engineering education accreditation experts, executive council member of China power supply society, member of IEEE, vice director of wuhan power supply, China power electronics and power transmission subject of academic annual meeting of the organization, member of China power supply society power electronic power system and equipment committee, deputy director of the committee, the committee member, the institute of electrical engineering HVDC branch of China electrical engineering society of China power electronics branch committee, director of the institute of power electronics of China electrotechnical society, China power supply society of professional committee of power quality, He is also a member of the editorial board of journals such as "Journal of Power Supply" and "Power Electronics Technology", a member of the technical procedure Committee of many international academic conferences, and a review expert of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, National Science and Technology Award, and Science and Technology Award of the Ministry of Education.

    4. Prof. Ming Zhou, North China Electric Power University, China

    Ms Zhou got her BS., MS., and Ph.D degree all in electrical engineering in North China Electric Power University (NCEPU) in 1989, 1992 and 2006, respectively. Now she is a professor of Power Systems and Its Automation at NCEPU. Professor Zhou’s research experience lies in renewables integrated power system planning and operation, competitive electricity market and demand response. She hosted two NSFC projects on optimal dispatch of power systems with high wind power penetration and transmission capability assessment on hybrid HVAC/HVDC system. Now she is conducting a Smart Grid Joint Foundation Program of NSFC and State Grid Corporation on Dispatch Operation for the AC/DC Hybrid Power System with Large Scale Renewables, and a NSFC project on demand response. She is also involved two National Key Research and Development Programs of China, as well hosting several utility financially supported projects on electricity market. She has published more than 150 SCI/EI indexed papers, got 8 patents of invention.

    5. Prof. Dayi Li, Huazhong University of Science and Technology, China

    Prof. Dayi Li, (Huazhong University of Science and Technology) received the B.S. degree from Tianjin Polytechnic University in 1995, and M.S. and Ph.D. degrees from Huazhong University of Science and Technology (HUST) in 2000 and 2005, respectively. From 1995 to 1997, he was an Electrical Engineer at Wuhan No.3 Cotton Mill Company. In 2000, he joined HUST as Assistant Professor and currently is full Professor. From 2011 to 2012, he was a visiting researcher in the Department of Electronic and Electrical Engineering at the University of Sheffield, UK. From August 2016 to August 2017, he was arranged by the Organization Department of Jiangsu provincial Party committee to serve as Deputy director of Jingjiang Economic and Information Commission, deputy mayor of Jishi Town People's government, and external expert of Shenzhen power supply company Senior member of China Power Supply Association. He was a member of the 9th national transformer standardization committee (SAC/TC44). He presided over and participated in 6 projects of National Natural Science Foundation of China, was responsible for a key special sub project of National Key R&D Program of China, presided over 4 science and technology projects of China Southern Power Grid Corporation, 4 science and technology projects of State Grid Corporation of China. He published more than 100 papers, including more than 30 SCI / EI papers and more than 40 invention patents accepted / authorized. His research interests are power quality controller, transformer and power electronics.

    6. Prof. Keyou Wang, Shanghai Jiao Tong University, China

    Keyou Wang is professor and associate chair of department of electrical engineering at Shanghai Jiao Tong University. He received his B.S. and M.S. degrees in electrical engineering from Shanghai Jiao Tong University and his Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering from Missouri S&T (formerly University of Missouri-Rolla). He joined SJTU since 2012 and is currently the associate chair of electrical engineering. His area of professional interests include high performance computing and power electronics applications to renewable energy systems, microgrids, and active distribution grids. He serves as Associate Editor of IET Generation, Transmission & Distribution and Academic Editor of CSEE Journal of Power and Energy Systems.

    Invited Speakers:

    1. Prof. Daogang Peng, Shanghai University of Electric Power, China

    Peng Daogang, male, doctor, professor, dean of College of Automation Engineering, Shanghai University of Electric Power; deputy director of Shanghai Power Generation Process Intelligent Control Engineering Technology Research Center. He is mainly engaged in Smart Power Generation, Smart Energy, Energy Internet and other aspects of research. He has undertaken more than 40 scientific research projects involving several institutes such as National Natural Science Foundation of China, Shanghai Science and Technology Commission, State Grid, BaoSteel, Huaneng Group, etc. He has published more than 200 academic papers, including more than 100 published in SCI and EI; and published 3 academic works; 25 national invention patents have been authorized. His scientific research achievements have won two first prizes and three second prizes of science and technology awards from Shanghai and Ministry of Education. He has held academic part-time committee members in the National Technical Committee for Standardization of Electrical Equipment Network Communication Interface, the Power Generation Automation Committee of Chinese Association of Automation, the Intelligent Power Generation Committee of China Energy Research Society, the Thermal Automation Committee of Chinese Society for Electrical Engineering, and the Deputy Secretary General of Shanghai Association of Artificial Intelligence.

    2. Dr. Chen Fang,State Grid Shanghai Electric Power Research Institute, China

    Deputy director of the Science and Technology Development Department of State Grid Shanghai Electric Power Research Institute, and expert member of the International Electrotechnical Commission " Electrical Energy Storage (EES) Systems " Technical Committee (IEC TC120), selected as a project leader of Shanghai Rising-Star Program. He has been engaged in technology research and development and scientific research management in the fields of energy internet and smart grid for nearly 10 years.

    3. Dr. Ying Chen, Tsinghua University, China

    Graduated from Department of Electrical Engineering, Tsinghua University in 2001; In 2006, he graduated from Tsinghua University and has been teaching there since then. In 2010, he became an associate professor. IEEE members. From January to April 2004, he was a visiting scholar at Brunel University, UK; from January to March 2014, he was a visiting scholar at Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory, US; and from 2013 to 2014, he was a visiting scholar at Washington State University, US. His research interests include real-time simulation, electromagnetic transient simulation, power system, parallel computing, transient simulation, modeling of information physical system, vulnerability assessment of information physical system, information security, information attack and risk assessment of information physical system. He has presided over 2 sub-projects of National Natural Science Foundation of China and 1 sub-project of 863. He has published 1 academic monograph and 64 papers, including 8 by SCI and 56 by EI. Won 4 provincial and ministerial awards and state Grid awards.

    4. Prof. Xiaojun Shen, Tongji University, China

    Member of IEEE, member of electrical appliances special committee of Shanghai Electrical Engineering Society. Research fields: wind farm big data and wind parameter prediction; renewable energy hydrogen production technology; urban rail transit system modeling and simulation and energy saving; power grid real scene digitization and digital twin technology; power equipment state perception and intelligent diagnosis

    5. Dr. Bei Han, Shanghai Jiao Tong University, China

    Dr. Bei Han's education background: Ph.D., Polytechnic University of Turin, 2013; Master, Shanghai Jiao Tong University, 2009; Undergraduate, Xidian University, 2006; 2013-2014 Postdoctoral fellow of Turin Polytechnic University; 2014-present assistant Researcher, Shanghai Jiao Tong University. Her The research field is Multi-point access stability of large-scale new energy and micro grid; Ac-dc microgrid and energy Internet operation mode; Data mining technology for distribution network analysis.

    6. Prof. Shuli Wen, Shanghai Jiao Tong University, China

    He is an Assistant Professor in the School of Electronic Information and Electrical Engineering, Shanghai Jiao Tong University, China. His research interests include mobile microgrid, renewable integration, energy storage system machine learning, and computational intelligence.
