    Call For Papers - CFP

    CAS 2020, an IEEE event, is targeting not only semiconductor electronics, but also micro-and nanotechnologies. Bringing together experts from the industry, academia, research institutes and students, CAS 2020 will provide you opportunities to present your latest research results and technological advances in the micro- and nanotechnologies field, to the interested scientific community and to potential beneficiaries.

    Authors are invited to submit full papers (4 pages, A4 format), original papers on the following topics: Nanoscience and Nanoengineering; Micro- and nanophotonics and Optoelectronics; Microwave and Millimeter Wave Circuits and Systems; Microsensors and Microsystems; Modelling; Semiconductor Devices; Integrated Circuits. Authors have the option of submitting papers of 2 pages that could be selected for presentation at the conference only and will not be published in the Conference Proceedings.

    Important dates

    Papers submission deadline: June 2, 2020

    Notification of acceptance: July 17, 2020

    Final submission of accepted papers: July 24, 2020

    All regular papers will be subjected of a peer-review procedure. The papers submitted to CAS must be original and previously unpublished. The authors of accepted papers will be requested to sign and submit an IEEE Copyright Form stating the originality of the paper. The copyright will be transferred to IEEE.

    The accepted papers (4 pages) will be published in the Conference Proceedings, which will be available on the IEEE Xplore Digital Library. Extended versions of selected papers presented at the conference may be included in special issues of indexed journals. The contributions will be refereed according to the standards of the Journals.

    The program will include special sessions devoted to Student papers. The best student paper will be awarded. To be eligible, the paper must be based on the student's own work and the authors should mention their option to be registered in this session when uploading the paper.
