2020 the 10th International Conference on Communication and Network Security has the goal to be an annual conference for researchers, academicians and industry persons in the field of Communication and Network Security.It will be organized at Takeda Frontier Science Hall, Asano campus, University of Tokyo, Tokyo, Japan during November 27-29, 2020.

We hope that this conference will attract a large number of delegates from all over the world and will consist of very high quality technical sessions.

We welcome and encourage the submission of high-quality, original papers, which are not being submitted simultaneously for publication elsewhere.

The World Health Organization officially declared the novel coronavirus COVID-19 a pandemic. Governments around the world are now issuing restrictions on travel, gatherings, and meetings in an effort to limit and slow the spread of the virus. ICCNS 2020 will be in November, Tokyo. For the particiapants who have converns and have difficulty to travel, ICCNS 2020 acceptes virtual presentation way, and the registration fee for online/Video presentation has be added.
