UPIOT 2020 is organized by Asia Pacific Institute of Science and Engineering(APISE), sponsored by IEEE Industrial Electronics Society Shanghai Chapter, Member Center of Shanghai Jiao Tong University, Chinese Society For Electrical Engineering, CSEE, IEEE PES Chongqing Chapter,Hong Kong Society of Mechanical Engineerings(HKSME) and Sichuan Nuo Yi Convention & Exhibition Service Co., Ltd. The conference will be held in Xi'an, China from 20 to 22 August, 2020.

UPIOT 2020 is a platform for researchers, engineers, academicians as well as industrial professionals from all over the world to present their research results and development activities in Ubiquitous Power Internet of Things.

We sincerely invite all the researchers, scholars, engineers, students and people are in interested in these areas to take part in UPIOT 2020.

●Publication and Indexing

All the registered and presented papers will be published in the volume of conference proceeding , which will be indexed by Ei Compendex, SCOPUS, Inspec, Conference Proceedings Citation Index – Science (CPCI-S)(Thomson Reuters, Web of Science), NASA Astrophysics Data System,and other databases for review and indexing.

UPIOT 2019 conference proceedings has been indexed by EI & SCOPUS.

●Keynote Speaker

Prof. Chen Shen, Tsinghua University, China

IEEE Senior Member, CIGRE Member, member of China Electrical Engineering Society. 2009 New Talents of the Ministry of Education. The main research directions are power system analysis and control, including rapid simulation and simulation of smart grid, power system stability analysis theory and method after wind power grid connection, power system emergency control and risk assessment, microgrid planning, simulation, analysis, operation and Control theory and technology. He has published more than 140 papers at home and abroad, including more than 100 papers in SCI/EI, 17 invention patents and 1 publication.

Prof. LI Dongdong, Shanghai University of Electric Power,China

Deputy dean of school of electrical engineering, Shanghai university of electric power; director of engineering research center of "high efficiency electric energy application" in Shanghai university; leader of intelligent electric power technology in plateau discipline of "electrical engineering" in Shanghai university; responsible person of "wind power station interconnection and monitoring laboratory" jointly built by central and local government. Mainly engaged in power system analysis, new energy technology, intelligent power distribution technology research.

Prof. Wei Gu, Southeast University, China

Professor, School of Electrical Engineering, Southeast University, Director of Distributed Generation and Active Distribution Network Research Institute. Deputy Director of the Power System Simulation Committee of the China System Simulation Society. Visiting scholar at Arizona State University, IEEE Senior Member, member of China Electrical Engineering Society. Mainly engaged in power system operation control, renewable energy access technology, distributed generation and micro-grid, distribution network and integrated energy system research.

Prof. HANG Lijun, Hangzhou Dianzi University, China

She has long been committed to the research of high performance power electronic converter technology and its control, whose applications include uninterruptable power supply (UPS), electric vehicle (HEV), new energy distributed generation, ac-dc hybrid microgrid, HVDC transmission and traditional power system. DSP and FPGA in the field of power electronics applications and development, continue to expand the DSP and FPGA application technology and related hot application field research.

Prof. LI Zhe, Shanghai Jiaotong Univeristy, China

Associate professor, department of electrical engineering, Shanghai jiao tong university. Her research interests include high voltage and insulation technology, nano-dielectric composites, online monitoring technology for electrical equipment, and smart grid.

Prof. WANG Laili, Xi'an Jiaotong Univeristy, China

Professor, school of electrical engineering, xi 'an jiaotong university, majoring in wide gap power semiconductor packaging and integration technology, high frequency power conversion technology, radio energy transmission technology, etc.

Prof. LUO Lingen, Shanghai Jiaotong Univeristy, China

Department of electrical engineering, Shanghai jiao tong university, majoring in status monitoring of power transmission and transformation equipment and vulnerability assessment of intelligent and complex power systems.

Prof. LI Dayi, Huazhong University of Science and Technology, China

Huazhong university of science and technology institute of electrical and electronic engineering, professor, PhD supervisor, tutors, shenzhen power supply company outside experts, senior member of China power supply society, published more than 80 related papers, of which more than 30 SCI/EI papers, accept more than 40 / authorized invention patents, "series active power filter was identified as" major scientific and technological achievements in hubei province and the national key new product.

Prof. Zhifang Yang, Chongqing University, China

He is the principle investigator of projects from the National Natural Science Foundation of China, State Grid Corp. of China, and other companies. He serves as the vice-chair of Task Force on Composite Reliability Assessment of IEEE PES, secretary of IEEE PES Chongqing chapter.
