Tokyo recently taken a step to protect the environment by enacting Greenhouse Gas Emission and Japan’s first emission cap system is introduced aiming to reduce Greenhouse Gas Emissions. National Institute of Neuroscience in Tokyo is carrying out research to provide medical care for patients with brain and Muscular Disorders.
