2019 International Conference on Electronics and Communication, Network and Computer Technology (ECNCT 2019) will be held on November 15-17, 2019 in Shenzhen, China. ECNCT 2019 is to bring together innovative academics and industrial experts in the field of electronics, communication, network and computer technology to a common forum. The primary goal of the conference is to promote research and developmental activities inelectronics, communication, network and computer technology and another goal is to promote scientific information interchange between researchers, developers, engineers, students, and practitioners working all around the world. The conference will be held every year to make it an ideal platform for people to share views and experiences.

2. PUBLICATION

(1)All papers, both invited and contributed, will be reviewed by two or three experts from the committees. After a careful reviewing process, all accepted papers of ECNCT 2019 will be published by Journal of Physics: Conference Series (JPCS) (ISSN:1742-6588) and will be submitted to EI and CPCI for indexing.

(2)High quality papers will be recommended for publication in SCI journal.

Journal 1 (IF≈1.6): Topic related to image and video processing.

Journal 2 (IF≈1): Computer science theories, methods and tools; computer and communication networks and systems; computing intelligence, machine learning and data analysis; computer systems and network security.

Journal 3 (IF≈1.3): Topics related to medical imaging physics and informatics.

Accepted full paper will be invited to give the oral presentation at the conference and be publsihed in the conference proceedings. B. Abstract(Presentation only)Accepted abstract will be invited to give the oral presentation at the conference, the presentation will not be published.

Details of the Registration Fees

1. Registration fees for ECNCT2019 Regular is RMB 2800 (USD 450) per paper.

2. If the length of the paper exceeds 6 Pages, the cost of Each Extra Page (begin at Page 7) is RMB 300 (USD 50).

3. Registration fees include conference proceedings, lunches, gifts and attending all technical sessions.

4. The registration fee does not include:

• Accommodation

• Visa application fee

• Transportation fee

5. At least one author for each accepted final paper must pre-register.

6. Completed registrations will be acknowledged by the Organizing Committee within 2-5 workdays after receiving your payment.

7. If you cannot attend the conference due to some reasons, we will mail the proceedings and invoice to you.
