The proceeding of the conference will be published in Lecture Notes on Computer Science (LNCS), Springer.

• Paper Submission Starts: Apr. 10, 2019

• Paper Submission Due: Jul. 05, 2019

• Acceptance Notification: Aug. 15, 2019

• Camera-Ready Submission: Sept. 01, 2019

• Early Bird Registration: Sept. 15, 2019

Two categories of papers can be submitted:

1. Long papers (10 to 12 pages), describing fully developed work. Authors of papers reporting experimental work are strongly encouraged to make their experimental results available online.

2. Short papers (4 to 6 pages) should describe novel ideas that have not been fully evaluated, or operational tools and their evaluation. In addition, the contents which are general and well known should be removed and/or referenced to the source.
