2019 The 3rd International Conference on Software and e-Business (ICSEB 2019) will be held in Nishi-Waseda Campus of Waseda Unviersity, Tokyo, Japan during December 09-11, 2019. ICSEB 2019 is sponsored by IEDRC and Faculty of Science and Engineering, Waseda University.

The accepted excellent papers will be published in international conference proceedings by ACM, which will be sent to be indexed by EI Compendex and Scopus,and submitted to be reviewed by Thomson Reuters Conference Proceedings Citation Index (ISI Web of Science).

The conference proceedings of ICSEB 2017 and ICSEB 2018 have been included into ACM digital library, which have also been indexed by EI Compendex and Scopus.
