Join us at the Mindfulness in Schools Project's (MiSP) annual conference which seeks to mobilise the mindfulness and education community to empower and improve the wellness of a generation.

This year the event launches MiSP's A Million Minds Matter campaign, and you will hear from a panel of expert speakers, headlined by Ruby Wax. Our outstanding range of speakers will appeal to all those who wish to broaden their knowledge and understanding of mindfulness. You will hear inspirational testimonies and performances which demonstrate the power of mindfulness as an effective tool for 21st century living.

Come and learn how MiSP are making children's mental health a priority today - pledging to reach one million children within the next five years. Find out how you can play a part in this movement, empowering children with a lifelong toolkit to deal with challenging circumstances and to enable them to flourish.
