ICVAT 2019 will take place in Phuket, Thailand from Nov. 14-16, 2019. ICVAT 2019 is a not-to-be-missed opportunity that distills the most current knowledge on a rapidly advancing discipline in one conference. Join key researchers and established professionals in the field of Virtualization Application and Technology as they assess the current state-of-the-art and roadmap crucial areas for future research. ●Publication and Indexing All the registered and presented papers will be published in the Journal of Physics: Conference Series (JPCS), which will be indexed by Ei Compendex, SCOPUS, Inspec, Conference Proceedings Citation Index – Science (CPCI-S)(Thomson Reuters, Web of Science) and other databases. ●Speaker Prof. Anders Lindquist, Shanghai Jiao Tong University, China Anders Lindquist is a Zhiyuan Chair Professor and a Qian Ren Scholar at the Shanghai Jiao Tong University and an Emeritus Professor at the Royal Institute of Technology. He is a Member of the Royal Swedish Academy of Engineering Sciences, a Foreign Member of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, and a Foreign Member of the Russian Academy of Natural Sciences. Moreover, he is a Fellow of IEEE (Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers), an Honorary Member the Hungarian Operations Research Society, a Fellow of SIAM (Society for Industrial and Applied Mathematics), a Fellow of IFAC (International Federation of Automatic Control), and a Life Fellow of IEEE. He was awarded the 2009 W.T. and Idalia Reid Prize in Mathematics from SIAM and the 2003 George S. Axelby Outstanding Paper Award of the IEEE Control Systems Society (CSS). He received an Honorary Doctorate (Doctor Scientiarum Honoris Causa) from Technion (Israel Institute of Technology), Haifa, in June 2010. He is an Honorary Professor of China University of Petroleum in Qingdao, China. Prof.Edmund Lai, Auckland University of Technology, New ZealandProf. Edmund Lai joined AUT in February 2016. He obtained his BE(Hons) and PhD in Electrical Engineering from The University of Western Australia in 1982 and 1991 respectively. Prior to joining AUT, he was with the School of Engineering and Advanced Technology at Massey University from 2006. He had also held various academic positions in the School of Computer Engineering at Nanyang Technological University in Singapore, School of Engineering with Edith Cowan University in Western Australia, and Department of Information Engineering at the Chinese University of Hong Kong. He had also worked as a independent consultant, developing industrial training courses and optimization software for the mining industry in Australia. His general research interests include multimedia signal processing, machine learning techniques, wireless networks and information theory.Prof. Yucong Duan, Hainan University, China Yucong Duan is currently a full professor in college of science and information technology, Hainan University, P.R.China. He received a PhD in software engineering from Institute of Software, Chinese Academy of Sciences, China in 2006. He was Post-doc fellow in School of Software, Tsinghua University, China from 2006-2007. He was a Post-doc fellow in the Software Engineering Laboratory at Pohang University of Science and Technology (POSTECH), South Korea, from 2007-2008. He was a lecturer of Biomedical Engineering Institute, Capital University of Medical Sciences, Beijing, China, from 2008 to 2009. He was a Post-doc fellow in Le2i, CNRS, University of Bourgogne, France, from 2009-2010. He was a postdoc in DISCO, University of Milano Bicocca, Milano, Italy, from 2011 to 2012. He visited Missouri State University from 2017-2017. He is a senior member of CCF and a senior member of IEEE. He has published more than 100 international journal or conference papers and applied more than 80 Chinese patents.
