Call For Papers - CFP

Computational Science became a formal computer science area of study in the early 90's. Earlier computational approaches could model and precisely analyze only relatively simple systems. Complex systems often remained intractable to conventional mathematical and analytical methods. On the other hand, soft computing refers to a consortium of computational techniques in computer science (like fuzzy systems, neural networks, etc.) that deals with imprecision, uncertainty, partial truth, and approximation to achieve tractability, robustness and low solution cost. Soft computing approaches, individually or in integrated manner, are turning out to be strong candidates for performing tasks in the area of data mining, decision support systems, supply chain management, medicine, business, financial systems, automotive systems and manufacturing, image processing and data compression, etc.

Information Management refers to the use of engineering techniques and methodologies in the design, development, and assessment of computer systems for different computing platforms and its applications. With the different forms of data and its rich semantics, the need for sophisticated techniques has resulted an in-depth content processing, engineering analysis, indexing, learning, mining, searching, management, and retrieval of data, and to identify new issues and directions for future research and development work.

Third international conference on Computational Science and Information Management (ICoCSIM-2019) is dedicated to address the challenges in the areas of computational science and information management methodologies and its applications. Thereby it will present a consolidated view to the interested researchers in the various fields. The conference looks for significant contributions to computational science and information management in theoretical and practical aspects.

The goal of this ICoCSIM conference is to bring together researchers and practitioners from academia and industries to focus on computational science and information management concepts and establishing new collaborations in these areas.
