Accepted abstracts will be presented in either thematic Poster Sessions or Oral Sessions.

Authors of abstracts accepted for presentation MUST be registered delegates.

It is the author’s responsibility to submit a correctly edited and accurate abstract. Any errors in spelling, grammar or scientific fact will be reproduced as typed by the author. Abstracts will be rejected if they contain no data or if the English is unacceptable.

Receipt of abstract submission will be acknowledged immediately upon submission. A decision on the submitted abstract will be sent to the Presenting Author by 30 May 2019.

All Presenting Authors will receive, closer to the Conference, detailed presentation guidelines when their abstract has been accepted. The Presenting Author will receive all correspondence regarding the abstract status, presentation type, date and time, via the Presenting Author’s email provided in the abstract submission form.

Programme features:

Submitted abstracts will be considered for oral presentations (as ‘Short Talks’ or as ‘Rapid Oral Talks’ in the Symposia) or for poster presentations.

Oral Presentations (selected from submitted abstracts) – 15 min (12 min presentation + 3 min discussion)

Rapid Oral Presentations (selected from submitted abstracts) – 5 min

Posters

Posters will be displayed based on session topics on a daily basis. Poster boards can accommodate posters (portrait layout) of the following dimensions: 100 cm width × 140 cm height.
