    The long-awaited "International Conference on Human Resources - Organization Development/OD in China" will be held at Guangzhou Baiyun International Convention Center in Guangzhou on December 15 and 16, 2018. The conference is organized by Guangdong Academy of Human Resources and Guangdong Academy of Corporate Sustainable Development, co-organized by a series of professional organizations from domestic and overseas. It is the first great gathering of organization development/OD experts and professionals from both academia and industry field in China.

    Organization development (OD) is a hot topic that has emerged in the Chinese business circles in recent years. It is known to all that OD theory and practice have been developed continuously for 60 years abroad, however, it hasn't been introduced to China for long. With the rapid development of social economy in the past 40 years after China's reform and opening-up, OD has finally been ushered in the spring in China. Nowadays, more and more domestic enterprises start to turn their perspectives from the outside world to the inside organizational form, effectiveness and competitiveness. Thus, OD is naturally favored and trusted by entrepreneurs and HR executives. "Organization development" has also become a high-frequency word in the field of enterprise management and human resources. As a result, OD talents are much sought after by major enterprises, while OD positions have become increasingly popular and extremely well-rewarded.

    During our 2-day well-designed conference, world renowned OD masters and experts will share their valuable knowledge and ideas with local OD practitioners and explorers in China.
