    Panel on Multidisciplinary Approaches to New Media Technologies (NMT2019)as part of the 5th Annual International Conference on Communication and Management (ICCM2019), 15-18 April 2019, Athens, Greece.

    The aim of the panel is to bring together academics, researchers, and professionals, of all areas of New Media Technologies. Papers reflecting the intersection of communication and New Media Technologies, including topics such as the influence of ‘The Politics of New Media’ (Social Media as Cultural, Political and Economic actors), ‘Culture and Society’, will be especially welcome. The general idea of this panel is to refine the understanding of New Media process using different conceptual contexts and empirical insights. The list of possible topics includes (but is not limited to) the following ideas: ‘New Media and Mediatization’, ‘Politics and New Media’, ‘Economy business and New Media’, ‘Journalism and New Media’, ‘Rhetoric Discourse and New Media’, ‘Culture, Society and New Media’, ‘Education and New Media’, ‘Mediated Communication Technologies’, ‘Alternative Media’, ‘Digital Diplomacy’, ‘Digital Transformation’, ‘Artificial Intelligence’. You may participate as a research paper presenter, a session chair or as an observer.

    Abstract Submission

    Abstracts should be 300-400 words and should include the Title of Paper, Full Name (s), Affiliation (s), Current Position (s), email address, and at least 3 keywords that best describe the subject presented. Decisions are reached within 2 weeks after the abstract submission.

    Deadline to register and to submit full papers will be specified in your acceptance letter in case your abstract is accepted. Decisions will be made within two (2) weeks after your submission.
