    The International Forum on Psychological Health Education and Counselling for School Students (PHECSS2018) will be held on November 8-11, Guangzhou, China. Exchanging, Learning, Accompanying and Sharing is the aim of the forum. The Topic is Chinese Intelligence and Different Countries Experience of Psychological Education and Counseling for University Students. It will analyze cases and share experience around the pertinence and effectiveness of psychological education and counseling. PHECSS2018 is host by Guangdong Expert Steering Committee for Psychological Education and Counselling for College and University Students, Guangdong Professional Committee for Psychological Education and Counseling for college and University Students and Cooperative Association for the International Forum on Psychological Education and Counseling for University Students, organized by Southern Medical University, South China Normal University, Guangdong University of Foreign Studies and Guangdong Academy of International Academic Exchange, co-organized by faculty of psychology from Southern Medical University, school of Politics and Public Management from Guangdong University of Foreign Studies, Psychological Counseling Center and Guangzhou Association of Psychological Counseling, and get firm support from Department of Education of Guangdong Province, China Communist Youth League Committee of Guangdong Province and Guangzhou Education Bureau.

    Following up the continuous academic and international principles, PHECSS2018 will invite psychological and Pedagogical experts from home and abroad to make excellent reports. It aims to create an exchange stage for industrial experts and scholars to share advancements of technology and promoting experience, which focuses on advanced investigation of psychological education and counseling. The main content of forum is psychological education and counseling for university students, but also accept other related contents in psychology and pedagogy.

    The Fourth International Forum on Psychological Education and Counseling for University Students invites industrial experts to submit papers and attend the forum sincerely. Furthermore, the accepted papers will be published on the official periodical.

    2.Publication

    1.All papers, both invited and contributed, will be reviewed by two or three experts from the committees. After a careful reviewing process, all accepted papers of PHECSS 2018 will be published in SHS Web of Conferences (ISSN: 2261-2424), it will be submitted to CPCI-S 、CNKI for indexing.

    2.Selected presented papers with good quality will be recommended to publish in the SCI indexed journals with at least 50% content extension.
