    Overview:

This webinar will open up the wounds of failed change and the wild statistics that have entered into folklore regarding change failure rates. Using a recent large and complex change initiative as a guiding post, Rich will explore what went well, not so well and the lessons learned form the experience. This will focus on the engagement before, during and after the change was realized and explore the organizational culture that sometimes worked with and against the change.

Recognizing when activity is not working, considering alternatives and seeking guidance from trusted colleagues is key to the success and/or recognizing the failure of any change and this webinar will explore how you can easily see the pointers and markers before the momentum is gained on failing activities.

Why should you Attend: Did your change fail again? Were all your best efforts dropped when it came to delivery, go live or earlier? Did the change happen and the silent majority get left behind once more?

We never seem to learn from our previous mistakes, failure and more failure is becoming norm. Why do we ask if this will be delivered not when? Why do we prepare for the resistance, not the acceptance? Why do we enter each change event without learning from the last failure? Are we so closed of mind that we believe each time will be better than the last, yet we place no effort into making that the case!
