2. We have invited the ourstanding professor Khaled M. Bali from University of California, San Diego, USA, Prof. Pedro Joaquín Gutiérrez-Yurrita from Instituto Politecnico Nacional, Mexico and Prof. Jae K. Park from University of Wisconsin-Madison, USA to join our conference.

3. The ICSEA 2017 was successfully held in Los Angeles, USA.
