    Conference Theme:

    The Department of Strategic Management, Marketing and Tourism at the University of Innsbruck would like to invite you to submit your contribution to actively participate at the SMARTER LIVES 2018 – AAL Practice forum, which is held on February 20th 2018 in the University of Innsbruck, Austria.

    This call for papers aims to contribute to the scientific discussion about the topic “Active and Assisted Living” (AAL). The invitation is directed to institutions with theoretical as well as practical background, in the field of smart technologies for an ageing society and Active and Assisted Living.

    Submission Guidelines:

    We would like to inform you that the Call for Papers is already open and kindly invite you to contribute. The official deadline for submissions is January 11th 2018. The submission has to be in English to be publishable in the proceedings.

    The folowing paper categories are welcome:

    Publication:

    Submitted papers will receive a notification of the Peer-Review of the SMARTER LIVES program committee. The notification date is 10th of January 2018.

    Four selected papers will get the possibility to present their work during one of the four the main tracks of the event SMARTER LIVES. All other papers will be invited to an alternative presentation of their work (poster or abstract-pitch).

    Long and Short Papers which were accepted by the Peer-Review of the SMARTER LIVES program committee will be published in post proceedings, published by Pabst Science Publishers.

    Venue:

    The conference will be held in 6020 Innsbruck Austria, University of Innsbruck, SOWI Campus, Universitätsstraße 15.

    The exhibition space will be in the Foyer of the SOWI Campus.

    The Research and practice presentations will be held in the rooms of the SOWI Campus in the ground floor.
