Authors are invited to submit papers for the Conference Submission System by November 25, 2017. The proceedings of the conference will be published as a Special Issue in the International journal of Biomedical Engineering and Science (IJBES) (Confirmed).

Submissions must be original and should not have been published previously or be under consideration for publication while being evaluated for this conference.

Selected papers from BIENS 2018, after further revisions, will be published in the special issue of the following journals.
