Located at the center of the mainland's coastline, Shanghai has long been a major hub of communications, transportation, and international exchange. It is a must on any agenda during a tour of China.

The plenary session of NEFES 2018 will include Keynote Speeches, Invited Speeches, Poster Presentations and Oral Presentations. On behalf of the organizing committee, we cordially invite scientists, scholars as well as entrepreneurs to participate in the conference.

All accepted papers will be published in the IOP EES conference proceedings which will be EI indexed and ISTP indexed

A selection of papers will be recommended to be published in SCI journals.
