2017 IEEE 3rd Information Technology and Mechatronics Engineering Conference (ITOEC 2017）will be held from October 3-5,2017 in Chongqing China. This conference is sponsored by IEEE,IEEE Beijing Section,Global Union Academy of Science and Technology.Submitted papers will be reviewed by at least two technical program committee members and sub reviewers assigned by PC members of the Conference.
