    Description:

    Enterprise Resource Planning System (ERP Systems) are the core of information systems in many enterprises. They are the central IT-System to implement the core business processes and manage the critical data assets of enterprises.

    In recent years, several technological advances such Advanced Analytics, Cloud-Computing, Mobile and Social-Computing created potentials to extend the proven capabilities of ERP systems. Advanced Analytics methods and capabilities such as prescriptive and predictive analytics and deep learning increase the capability of iERP Systems to gain knowledge about customers and products. Hereby they enable enterprises to make decisions quicker and more precise. Cloud-Computing is used by iERP Systems in two ways. First, cloud-computing enables them to provide their functions in a scalable and efficiently way. Second, cloud-computing is an important platform to integrate customers, suppliers, and mobile employees. Mobile technologies extend the reach of iERP Systems significantly. They enable the integration of mobile customers, products and employees. Social computing captures the actions, opinions, etc. of customers outside transactions and makes them accessible for analysis.

    The iERP - Research Conference provides a platform for scientific discussion from a business and computer science point of view regarding Intelligent Enterprise Resource Planning (iERP) covering Methods for Intelligent Enterprise Resource Planning, Business Process Support, Decision Support resp.
