4th annual International Conference on Information Technology and Applications [ITA 2017]aims to bring researchers, engineers, students to the areas of information technology and applications to exchange new ideas and to explore new ground. ITA2017 provides a forum for sharing experience and original research contributions on theory, implementation, and application of information technology and applications. Researchers and practitioners are invited to submit their contributions to ITA2017.
