    This two-day course will provide attendees with guidance on techniques and practices which can be used to identify and address emerging operational risks and how these tools can be implemented to greatest effect. The drivers of operational risk will be discussed and consideration will be given to how these can be monitored using tools such as Key Risk Indicators (KRIs).
