    The 9th Asia-Pacific Power and Energy Engineering Conference (APPEEC 2017) will be held from April 15 to 17, 2017 in Chengdu, China. APPEEC 2017 is sponsored by Wuhan University, Engineering Information Institute, Open Access Library, Scientific Research Publishing, and 1000thinktank. APPEEC is an annual regular conference since 2009 and has been successfully held in Wuhan (2009 & 2011), Chengdu (2010), Shanghai (2012 & 2014), Beijing (2013 & 2015), and Suzhou (2016), China.
