The opportunities and challenges of fifth-generation (5G) rapidly gain great attention from academics, industries, and governments. 5G techniques are promising to meet the requirements of explosive data traffic in future mobile communications. This conference, which will be held in Beijing, encourages archival quality papers that advance the state-of-the-art and practical applications of 5G technologies.
